The Perfect Menu for Christmas
The Festive season is upon us and it’s time to gather with loved ones and share good food, stories and make some memories. Of course it’s not without its challenges this Christmas dinner business and we want to help you meet them head on and with confidence.
As well as having a great day here in our charming Victorian school, you will be armed with some top tips and techniques for the big day through a series of hands on tasks, talks and demonstrations.
Together we’ll make hot smoked salmon with caper cream cheese, followed by parsnip & Cheshire cider soup shots which you will have for lunch in our seasonally decorated school hall
We’ll bone and roll a guinea fowl filling it with a mousse of local pork studded with apricots, chestnuts and herbs from our garden which you can take away and freeze. Creamed cabbage and smoky pancetta is next along with fondant potatoes and roast gravy spiked with port. We’ll finish with pink fizz jelly topped with tangerine syllabub.
Price: £180.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day. All the products are to take home.
