professional who has been a director of a FTSE top 100 company as well as developing his own award-winning concept.
Separately or along with Brian from the school they can deliver a session that creates a memorable and valuable learning experience for your team that utilises all the senses.
There’s a wealth of challenges involved in delivering edible projects such as planning, processing, adapting, inter personal, time planning, crisis management, utilising available resources, spatial awareness, marketing and presentation skills. All underscored with fun and a sense of achievement when you sit with colleagues to eat the results. As a qualified beer sommelier Martin can also take you through a tutored beer tasting.
We have a stunning hillside location and with access to beautiful countryside, your event could combine woodland walks and even utilise one of our three outdoor cookery areas utilising our Weber grills, wood burning oven or 1.5M live fire pit.
