This session has been designed to cover one of the staples of classic French baking – Sable Pastry, which you’ll then use to create some tasty tarts.
This classic recipe is used to produce rich, buttery and delicious pastry that will then be perfectly paired with a range of fillings to produce a selection of modern tarts.
You will create decorative tarts, by using the skills you learn, including piping and chocolate tempering. There will be many opportunities during the course to ask questions and identify any areas that may go wrong, and how to avoid them.
