‘From a very young age I have been mesmerised by food. This was from watching my mother within the kitchen and seeing all of the colours, textures and scents of the ingredients coming together, producing something completely different and spectacular.’
Amy is a fully qualified pastry chef that has had experience at Michelin starred restaurants & is now involved in the education of young Chefs.
She’ll be working with Brian to offer you an array of canapes, sharing platters & delicious desserts during the evening. Using our dine ‘n’ dem format the duo will assemble & explain the dishes & flavours to you as they are served giving you lots of ideas to recreate your own festive treats.
