Get the flavours of Chinese cuisine on this basic Chinese cookery course and master the techniques of making:
Vegetable spring rolls and dipping sauce
Stir fried pork and mushrooms in homemade black bean sauce
Egg fried rice
Making them yourself ensures a maximum freshness of flavour!
Along the way, pick up knife skills, sauce making skills and a few other cooking techniques such as boiling, simmering and frying.
Price £85.00 including all ingredients, tea, coffee and refreshments. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
