As most of us will be looking to break out the BBQ’s during summer we thought it would be a great idea to brush up on some skills...and have a beer!

Out on the terrace you’ll learn tricks for easy lighting, clean fuels, how to control heat and flare ups, direct and indirect cooking, and be able to compare charcoal to gas.

Back in the kitchen we’ll get working on:

Rosemary & rock salt potatoes.

Teriyaki beef brochettes along with chilli slaw.

Salsa and flatbread.

Finally it’s back to the Q’s to cook it all up along with your own

Seared rib eye steak.
