Growing up in Thailand Chorchaba was always called on to help in the family restaurant business. From an early age she prepared, cooked and balanced out the flavours that form the basis of Thai cookery and now she wants to share them with us.
On her popular street food course Chorchaba is introducing even more aromatic pleasures tinged with heat and salty sweetness. On this, the first of her street food days your first dish to prepare and cook will be:
Tom Ka Gai: Chicken Galanga Soup.
You’ll then go on to create Beef Chilli Basil on Rice.
Next it's the Pad Thai Noodles with Prawns.
She’ll teach you how to perfectly balance the flavours of Thai cuisine and for the finale Chorchaba will demonstrate the delicious Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce.
Price: £85.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, and refreshments.
Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
