Great ingredients full of flavour that's the core of Italian cookery.

Pizza, risotto, pasta, pesto and tiramisu you’ll make them all on this day course whilst learning the secrets of the Italian kitchen.

You’ll learn how to create a pizza and pasta dough before going on to make the famous Italian dessert Tiramisu.

Stirring your way to a successful risotto you’ll finish the day with a vibrant pesto, stretching your pizza and tackling your own taglaitelle. 

Price: £160.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
