We are going to fill the school with the fragrant aromas of Eastern spices as we explore the flavours of India
India is a vast and diverse country rich in traditions, feasts and flavours. We’ll explore the spices that make up the masalas and ingredients that make up the pastes to create dishes full of flavour.
We’ll carefully work our way through the day creating crisp onion bhajiyas and creamy raita with naan bread along with an aromatic fish shahjahani which you will enjoy for lunch. Back in the kitchen you’ll learn how to make a robust
Lamb madras with deep flavours and finish with a sweet fragrant firni to take away with you and enjoy.
