You’ll pick up skills, tips and techniques from that will keep you calm in the kitchen and let you enjoy your evening. We will make: -
A warm mushroom tart, parsley and walnut pesto and smoked bacon crisp.
Roast rack of pork, apple and shallot puree, sage potato cake.
Pear tarte tatin with homemade vanilla ice-cream.
During the day you will bake, sauté, roast, blend, cream and caramelise your way to success.
