You’ll learn how to get organised and set up to deliver some tasty treats and full on flavours on this basic Chinese course. Together we’ll make: -
Five spice vegetable spring rolls and dipping sauce
Wok seared chicken and vegetables with a freshly made black bean sauce and egg fried rice
You’ll develop your knife skills and expand your cookery repertoire as well as taking home your own carefully crafted take away!
Ingredients, refreshments, equipment and aprons are provided for the session. All dishes are to take home.
