As most of us will be looking to break out the BBQ’s during summer we thought it would be a great idea to brush up on some skills...and have a beer!
Out on the terrace you’ll learn tricks for easy lighting, clean fuels, how to control heat and flare ups, direct and indirect cooking, and be able to compare charcoal to gas.
Back in the kitchen we’ll get working on the rosemary & rock salt potatoes.
Teriyaki beef brochettes along with chilli slaw, salsa and flatbread.
Finally it’s back to the Q’s to cook it all up along with your own seared rib eye steak.
Price: £160.00 including all ingredients, tea, coffee and refreshments. Lunch is also included.
Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.

In the spirit of al fresco cooking and to maximise learning and enjoyment of the session, BBQ courses are a combination of demonstrations, discussions, group and individual work. They are held in the kitchen and on the outside terrace (under cover if necessary) so please keep a watch on the weather and dress accordingly.
