Masala Madness - Learn how to blend your very own masala's and then apply these to making some wonderful dishes.

On this course you will learn how to make garam masala, adulassan (garlic/ginger paste) and mircha paste (bird’s eye green chilli and cumin paste).

You will then use each of these pastes and the masala to make a tasty

Lamb Kheema and Bombay Potatoes  

Price: £75.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
