Creamy, chocolatey, zesty, crunchy, buttery, flaky, crispy, nutty, meltingly in the mouth…y! We’ve got all your favourite pastry ‘y’s covered plus your oohs, aahs and mmmms on this lovely Patisserie day.
You’ll get to discover the secrets of the pastry kitchen plus dozens of tips and techniques to create professional looking patisserie under the guidance of our Italian pastry chef Connie. She’ll guide you through the making of mini praline éclairs, gorgeous lemon meringue tartlets, chocolate topped cointreau cheesecake as well as citrus chocolate chip shortbread. All for you to box up to take away to enjoy.
Best of all – this is perfectly timed to coincide with the end of the 6 nations! So if you’ve been a rugby widow (or widower) for over a month, this is the day to abandon the house, leave them to it and get some quality time for you.
Price includes all ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch.
