A Feast of Fish

Join Chef Brian Mellor on this full day cookery course where he will show you how to choose, prepare and cook seafood.

Seafood is generally loved by chefs and cooks worldwide, its freshness & versatility combining to inspire us to cook with it. We’ll look at the different categories coming from our oceans and work with shellfish, flat and round fish.

With Brian’s help, you will make beetroot cured salmon, lime & Bacardi soaked prawns, simmered chilli & garlic mussels as well as fillet, skin and bake herb crusted sole with a white wine butter sauce.

Price: £160.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
