If you are intrigued by bread or if you have started making your own and it’s not quite right, this therapeutic full day bread making course you will show you what each of the basic ingredients do and how to successfully combine them to bake some real breads.

4 types of dough, 3 different flours and 2 raising agents equals 1 great day!

You'll knead, prove, knock back and mould your way through the day, we’ll even take you through the laminating process as you hand craft your own croissants. Discover how to add flavours, create different textures and finishes.

You’ll make a bun wheel, a wholemeal tin loaf, flat breads, bread sticks and croissants all to take home with you to share and enjoy.

Price: £160.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
