On this one day bread making course you will learn what the basic ingredients do and how to successfully combine them to bake some real breads.
You’ll make 4 types of dough, with 3 different flours and 2 raising agents as well as a laminated bread.
You'll knead, prove, knock back and mould your way through the day. Discover how to add flavours, create different textures and finishes. You’ll make a bun wheel, a wholemeal tin loaf, flatbreads, breadsticks and croissants.
Price: £160.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
