Hot Sausage and Mustard with Chris Nelson

Chris spent his time in professional kitchens learning his craft as a chef & then went on to establish a charcuterie and sausage business supplying the same kitchens with speciality sausages.

He’ll first show you how to bone out a locally reared hand of pork which will be minced to make sausages. Then it’s over to you to choose from our table of ingredients to make your own flavoured artisan sausages! Whichever way you go be it herby, spicy, cheesy or other combinations you’ll be returning home with your own handmade sausages.

Once you’ve created your flavour you then have to fill the skins and then learn to link them. You’ll also create your own flavoured mustard and port & red onion jam to enjoy with your sausages.

Price: £85.00 including tea, coffee, soft drinks and all ingredients.  Equipment and apron are supplied for the day.
