Growing up in Thailand Chorchaba was always called on to help in the family restaurant business. From an early age she prepared, cooked and balanced out the flavours that form the basis of Thai cookery and now she wants to share them with us.
Following on from her popular street food course Chorchaba is introducing even more aromatic pleasures tinged with heat and salty sweetness. On the second of her street food days you will prepare and cook Tom Yum soup a simple yet flavoursome soup with prawn. You’ll then go on to create chilli stir fried beef & jasmine rice followed by Pad See Ew – Chicken with green vegetables & rice noodles. She’ll teach you how to perfectly balance the flavours of Thai cuisine as you progress to making Thai fishcakes with a dipping sauce.
Price: £85.00 including ingredients, tea, coffee, and refreshments. Equipment and aprons are provided for the day.
