We are so pleased to welcome back to the school our friend & acclaimed Malaysian Chef Norman Musa. Norman travels the world as an ambassador for Malaysian food and its culture with his supper clubs regularly popping up throughout Europe. His latest venture Chengkih recently opened in his native Malaysia.
Earlier this year, whilst filming for his new TV series he brought the film crew to film with Brian, someone Norman hails as an influential figure encouraging him to get out there and shout about Malaysian food.
His second book ‘Amazing Malaysian’ has also been published and together with Norman you’ll create dishes from the book. The school will be full of wonderful aromas as you cook up Cucur Udang ‘Prawn Fritters’; Wok Fried Noodles ‘Char Kuey Teow’; Chicken Kapitan Curry and Aromatic Seafood Curry Laksa. Expect a culinary adventure!
