Our Dine ‘n’ Dems are a different way to enjoy dinner, spending time with friends in our beautifully restored Victorian school hall. Don’t just eat dinner – be part of it as we take you through the dishes, their flavours and history.
It’s not so much private dining (though numbers are limited) as a communal, collaborative and relaxed affair. It will be a memorable evening for yourselves or a lovely memory making gift for friends.
We’ll welcome you with a drink and some nibbles before seating you around our demonstration area complete with camera so you won’t miss a thing. Our tutors will talk you through the dishes whilst we assemble them in front of you for you to enjoy
Our friend and pastry Chef Connie Oriolo is the Mistress of all things beautiful from fresh tasting canapés, sharing plates through to gorgeous sweet treats. Join us for a very special one off Saturday evening dine ‘n’ dem.
If you love food and socialising this will be a fantastic way to eat dinner. Seated in our lovely Victorian school hall you will share dinner with like minded people and Chefs indeed! Dinner will be an assembly of hot and cold canapés, nibbles, sharing plates, cured meats, fantastic cheeses, pretty patisserie and petit fours conjured up before your eyes. Examples of dishes are Mini spinach and ricotta vegetable filo pies (spanakopita style); Bresaola, rocket and smoked paprika mascarpone cream cheese rolls; Jumbo Prawns served on a spoon in a Mediterranean Chilli Sauce; Gruyere Cheese Gougeres; Potato & Beetroot Salad; Radish Mango & Apple Salad Mediterranean Mixed Pepper Salad; Mini Baileys Creme Brûlée & Mini Chocolate Mousse Pots; Atrisan Cheshire cheeses with the schools own Damson chutney.
If you are looking for something different than consuming a couple of plates of food in the corner of the restaurant, we look forward to welcoming you to our school and furnishing with gentle waves of great tasting, carefully prepared food.
Born, raised and trained in Italy Connie will explain and assemble all the dishes in our demonstration area as you dine, you won’t simply be eating dinner – you will be part of it as we chat through the flavours and textures.
